Dear Clients,

Due to increased demand for appointments at Pet Friends, we have new policies going into place as of 7/15/2020. All new clients must pre-pay a non-refundable exam fee in order to hold their appointment time, this will go towards the appointment’s exam fee unless the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or if more than 15 minutes late. Existing clients will be charged a no show fee of $25 if they are more than 15 minutes late or do not show up for the appointment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. We will have a 24 hour reschedule policy (no charge if appointment is rescheduled 24 hours or more before the appointment time). Clients who no show or cancel earlier than 24hrs prior for a surgery will be charged a $75 fee. If there are 3 or more no show or late appointments, you will be required to pre-pay for future appointments in order to reserve your appointment time.

Please understand that we need to keep the flow of the clinic as efficient as possible in order to maintain a high standard of care as well as to take care of patients in a timely manner.
